That's why

This story is why I don't let my kid walk to the mailbox by herself, why I don't let her walk the dog by herself - if she goes I am watching her.

THURSTON COUNTY, Wash. -- The Thurston County sheriff’s office said a 10-year-old girl told them she was attacked by a man on Oct. 11.
Police said they responded on Oct. 12 to the report of an attempted rape in the 21000 block of West Terra Lane in the Clearwood housing development in unincorporated Thurston County. The girl told police that at about 7 p.m., as she was taking the household garbage out, she was attacked by a man who ripped open her shirt and told her to take down her pants.
She told police the man abandoned the attack when her mother called to her from the house and she ran away. The man is described as a black male in his late teens or early 20s. The victim said he was wearing a black knit cap, white tank top, blue jeans and black skateboard-type shoes.
He has several scars on the right side of his cheek and over his left eye, gold dental work and a tattoo of a dragon or snake on his right upper arm.
Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance to identify the man after releasing a police artist sketch. They ask that anyone with any information on the incident to call the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers at (360) 493-2222.

You're right. Ammo isn't too expensive to spend some time on target practice on worthless animals like this.
